Body treatments Supervisor

Under the supervision of the Spa Director, you will supervise an average of twenty massage and beauty therapists as well as thirty independent workers. You will ensure the smooth running of body treatments by ensuring that policies and protocols are followed according to the quality standards established by the company.

You will assure the supervision your team: hiring, (interviews, welcoming and integration), performance, payroll, schedules, attendance.

You will be responsible for the financial performance of your team by managing and optimizing schedules to meet or exceed business goals. You will manage complaints (site/treatments) and support your team during customer schedule rotation.

Depending on your schedule, you will be responsible for and supervise the site opening or closing, ensuring that cleanliness is exemplary throughout the site.

You will work closely with your fellow supervisors (customer service, site, maintenance) and their respective teams to provide high level service to all our customers.

Bilingual, you have completed a college diploma, technical degree or equivalent in hospitality or tourism industry with at least 5 years in team management in a highly customer-focused environment. Professional training in aesthetics or massage therapy as well as in hospitality are important assets.

Recognized for your excellent team management and customer service skills, you stand out for your team spirit, collaboration and support. You demonstrate positive and committed leadership and are available according to peak periods (holidays,...). Highly responsible, discreet, organized and versatile, you have a lot of initiative and autonomy and are efficient in a fast pace environment. This position requires a keen business sense (performance and profitability, purchasing management).

The schedule is full-time (40 hours), with variable hours that may include evenings and weekends. In addition, you will do 2 shifts a week at the front desk as a member of the customer service team as well as 3 days in the office.
