On Thursdays October 2, 9, 16, and 23, Förena restaurant invites you to celebrate autumn with festive 4 to 7 evenings, where every bite and every sip delightfully honour the season.

From 4 to 7 p.m., come enjoy terroir-inspired bites and drinks from our local Quebec collaborators.

Apple Season

Come celebrate apple season on the terrace of Förena restaurant, where autumn arrives with softness and indulgence.

Let yourself be charmed by bites inspired by this generous season, showcasing the apple in all its forms, paired with artisanal ciders from our valued collaborator, Cidres Fleuri.

  • Mini puff pastry with smoked apple, blood pudding & Honeycrisp
  • Smoked and confit Arctic char, Granny Smith
  • McIntosh financier, Cortland gel, Empire maple marshmallow

Discover our brand-new autumn menu, crafted to awaken the senses and warm the heart, paired with a refined selection of wines carefully chosen by our guest importer, LVB.

A gourmet encounter where culinary creativity meets a passion for wine, to be savoured in a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

On the menu:

  • Heirloom tomato with oregano, burrata, rye and hemp cracker
  • Confit Arctic char with green apple
  • Venison tataki with Jerusalem artichoke and fennel chip

OCTOBER 16

Our Quebec Wines

Dive into the world of local wines during our evening, in collaboration with the vineyard Les Baccantes.

Enjoy a curated selection of Quebec wines, thoughtfully paired with fresh oysters. A celebration of local flavours, where every glass tells a story.

On the menu:

  • Six oysters per person, served with: Natural, Red wine mignonette, House spicy sauce, Caviar & autumn strawberry, Apple–yuzu–beet juice, Miso & horseradish

Let yourself be carried away by the rich flavours of craft beer during our evening dedicated to Boldwin brews.

Each glass invites you to discover Quebec’s brewing expertise, paired with bites inspired by traditional German cuisine — a delicious meeting of local hops and comforting culinary heritage.

On the menu:

  • Mini raclette: cured sausage, potato, and Comptomme cheese
  • Braised cabbage with bratwurst sausage and apple–maple mustard
  • Apple strudel with coffee sour cream

Please note the site will close at 4 P.M. on December 24th and 31st.

In addition, the Cité thermale will be closed on December 25, 2024 and January 1, 2025.

Reservations for the thermal experience, treatments and restaurant are highly recommended for the holiday season.
